I am Earnest Pinder, the Founder and CEO of E. A. Pinder III & Associates (E. A. Pinder III), a financial services group. As a financial professional, I have managed over $50 million of clients’ assets and benefits over the last 47 years. One of my largest clients is Hillsborough County Public School District employees. Our purpose at E. A. Pinder III is to serve our community by providing individuals and small businesses with the knowledge and resources needed to create effective benefits and retirement packages.
